How long before you noticed any positive changes

IF isn't for everyone, if you are going to try it then give it 4 to 6 weeks. Start with 12 hr fasting and working up to 16+ hr fasting. I started IF 3 months ago and I am enjoying it. I sleep better, my t-levels have risen a little more than 200 points. My inflammation is less as well. Overall, I do feel better.

You can lose weight but its not necessarily happening if you don't burn more than you consume. It is easier to eat less and healthier when you are moving all your meals to 8 to 6 hr of eating. Also, if you receive the hormone balance benefit that can make you more efficient in burning calories.

Too many people focus on the number on the scale vs. body fat% and blood work.
