How would you rank this second tier of RBs in a PPR Scoring System?

This is kind of a make or break group here, you need to hit on this pick especially if one of them will be your RB1.
Rank this group:
Leonard Fournette
Dalvin Cook
Joe Mixon
Aaron Jones
Devontea Freeman
Kerryon Johnson
Marlon Mack
Damien Williams
The most intriguing/volitale pick to me is Fournette.
If he is back to 2017 and improves on it you are gold.
Marlon Mack stands out to me personally considering the cost and role in a great offense. Mack almost a must have right now IMO.
Rank these baws.
Feel free to rank with comments if necessary.

No Gurley in this tier? Fake tier. Sad.

This is based on value. Getting one with early second round pick in a 12 teamer you’re not getting much value. 3rd round in a 12 teamer and you’re getting much better value. This is the guessing tier, you’re just taking who you feel best about. I think Cook has the highest ceiling though. Lowest floor is probably Williams if you don’t consider injuries

Hard to get away from Mixon's talent but I really hate his situation this year. Should have tons of volume with a decent floor but the upside is questionable.
Tier 2 is tough to sort out IMO. Still not sure of my order. I want to like Cook a lot but having trouble breaking the perception of him being Glass Joe.
I like LF as a bounce back guy but he carries a lot of risk that would keep me from reaching.
Gurley should be in this tier also. If the knee is managed well he could easily return even high RB1 value, even if he is on somewhat of a pitch count. But he has the risk of being completely removed from the lineup as well or used as a decoy. Highest Risk/Reward IMO or right behind Cooks.
Freeman has a really nice situation but his injuries bother me, would be happy if he fell but wouldn't reach.
If Williams is the guy he feasts, but I'm not confident he holds his spot for the whole year.
I like Mack Jones and Kerryon with their offenses and how they should be used. Feel like they are pretty safe but lack some of the upside that the other risky options have. Maybe like Jones best IF he gets clear RB1 usage on his team.

What do you hate
Zac Taylor’s scheme is going to be great for him. Not to mention Taylor went into LAR and doubled Gurleys targets and RZ usage

O Line was shaping up to be a strength (or at least decently improved on last year) and it is now a mess. AJ Green out to start the year. I foresee stacked boxes and much more wear-and-tear on Mixon than if the line/AJ weren't already falling apart.
ETA: The good thing is that the offense is likely to flow through Mixon. The bad news is that opponents will know that and should not have much difficulty keying in on him.

It was gonna be improved but It was a bottom 5 unit last season and Mixon still played well
ZT is bringing that outside zone scheme to cincy - Gurley and AK have been the only backs who graded out better on outside zone runs the last two seasons.

Zac Taylor was a QBs coach for the Rams my dude. He wasn’t drawing up a game plan to give Gurley more touches

Was higher on Williams before Reid came out and said he'd do RBBC. I know that's coach speak, but damn it if Hyde and that rookie didn't look pretty good Thursday night. Just a lot of available legs in that offense, and I don't think Reid really cares who is on the field at RB.

I’m drafting Johnson from Detroit so I can name my team Kerryon My Wayward Son
That’s assuming Damn, My Ball Zach Ertz isn’t available in the 4th round

I like Dalvin Cook the most of that group.
I think going to the Kubiak zone blocking scheme will highlight Cook’s strengths.

He was a WR coach year 1 in LA. But that’s what you decided to pick apart huh
Mcvay has credited Taylor with introducing new concepts upon his arrival.
Are you disagreeing that he’s going to implement the same scheme in cincy?
