Yeah, I know it's not exactly a piercing dissection of Louisiana problems with a detailed prescription for filling them. And as a self-styled student of LA government, I'd prefer if it was, I promise you.
That said, I am not judging it by how effective an ad it is on me. People like me are a very small slice of the LA electorate. I think it will be effective in getting his name out there and getting potential voters to like him.
Give it another week or two and I really think his poll numbers will start to move significantly. Enough to beat out Abraham? I don't think so, but it wouldn't be as big a surprise now as it would have been 2 months ago.

I’ll say this, Big Jim and I spent many threads during the Jindal years disagreeing about Jindal’s budget approaches and other issues...but one thing is for sure...he knows Baton Rouge and State politics. Whatever he does in life has him with a pretty good pulse on trends and perceptions.
