I don’t see the issue
Let the guy where the helmet.
Have him sign some kind of paper that says he won’t sue down the road if he has concussions because of the old helmet

If this was it, maybe. In the context of AB's increasingly erratic behavior over time...
I remember when he started with the Steelers, he seemed like a fairly normal guy and none of that drama existed. That has changed very dramatically.

Did you read the thread? He's making it a story. Plus, Schefty is saying he's refusing to play at all unless he gets to wear his old helmet.
