No Baw. The kid was at least in 9th grade, almost assuring that they were not prepubescent. This, by definition, means she is not a pedophile.
She is supposed to be in court today. She was arrested Monday, and let out Monday afternoon with $00.00 bail. A lot of these teachers, when told not to have any contact with the student, go straight home and call the student.
Impulse control, and whatnot.
