I don't say anything. I hand him my driver's license and cc license at the same time. I then answer any questions he may ask and follow his directions. The last time I got pulled over the trooper asked me to get out of the vehicle. As he approached me I gave him both ID's. When he saw my co license he asked me where it was. I told him it was behind my right hip (but I didn't reach or point). He said something like, "That's fine, just leave it alone." I replied, "Yes sir" and the encounter went smoothly.
