Arsenal are letting go 55 staff members who are "redundant". Reports that players are pissed since they took a pay cut, which was supposed to ensure staff members retained their jobs. KSE came out and basically said they needed to let those people go so that they could make moves in the window.

A lot of scouts are the staff who are being let go, with the focus now shifting to recruiting players through agents and the academy. One scout, who has been there for 20 years, found Fabregas, Bellerin, and Martinelli.
