Ultrawide monitor recs/deals

I'm in the market for an ultrawide but I'm looking for a good deal. Not in a rush to convert to ultrawide, but I got a crappy 29" 60hz 1080p one at work and instantly realized I'm in the stone ages at home. Hoping to find one for under 600.
32-34"
1440p
100hz+
5ms or lower response time
I've been keeping an eye out for about a week now on Slickdeals and ebay. So far the Viotek GN34CB seems like a steal, but many of the lower ratings mentioned dead pixels on arrival and the lack of height adjustment on the stand give me pause.
Not long ago there was a crazy good deal on an Alienware monitor but that's passed.
Anyone have any good recs and know of any good deals?
ETA
I'm team green so gsync monitors get bonus points

Thanks guys I'll check those out.
Better to be patient and get a reputable brand with gsync than to opt for budget with freesync in my mind, but I'm impatient

Pulled the trigger the AOC Agon AG352UCG6. Thanks for the rec on that line.
It's been as high as $1k in the past, now at $650 on Amazon it seems like a no brainer. Common complaint seems to be backlight bleeding but mostly on at bootup. I figure with Amazon I can return it if a better deal comes along or I hate it.
