I bank with USAA and like their app. I check my account probably once or twice a week. I only did it tonight because I haven’t received an order and questioned a company about it —- they said I never was charged and my order didn’t go through even though I have my receipt.

So after this post I decided to go check out my main account just to see of something is off. Lo and behold I see an international charge for a Netflix payment.
At this point, I'm not thinking anything is wrong because my Netflix account used to be international, but I switched (or so I thought) a few years ago. So when I see this, I'm thinking it didn't switch. No big deal.

I call Netflix to make them switch to a US account. The guy tells me, no its already switched. I tell him that can't be, I'm staring at an international transaction fee on my account. After some back and forth he notices that theres two accounts tied to that card.

So I go to my account and search "Netflix." Boom charges every month dating back to November (so far, haven't looked further back yet).

This is a debit card so the claim I'm going to make with the bank will be fun .
Still not sure how the double acct thing happened. I know I changed my debit card a few months ago, and looks like the charges continued. So the frick up has to be on the Netflix side.
