330-350 is just fine.

He was at 360 last year and it severely limited his number of snaps. 350 is not going to be fine. Weight is the only thing that has kept him off of the field up to this point. This year is no different.

I am not so sure. If he lost 20 lbs of FAT and put on 10 lbs of muscle...I see that as a much better situation than just losing 10 lbs.

So, "weight" alone isn't enough to judge. But, that weight is a great sign for him.

Good to hear he's down in weight, but the bottom line is he has to produce when he's on the field. He has to cause havoc in the middle to help our young players on defense. He was a beast in high school, so it's now his time to show he's ready to contribute like we all hoped for from the beginning! The success of our DL is crucial this year!
