Wonder if this is for all WMA's? Guys in rockafella fish crab wit 30-40 drop nets and we all know they ain't for their consumption.

I was crabbing on the Wonder Lake one time. Which is part of the WMA. Had a dude there tell me he would drive 3 days a week from Baton Rouge to crab and go back there and sell them. He would fill up 2 110 quart ice chest with crabs when they were running good.


Personally I think the limit should be lowered. I'm fine with 5-6 dozen. You can feed quite a few people with that. On PAC WMA there are guys who run 4 dozen nets then sell the crabs. Then when I get out there I cant find a place to crab without being on top of them.
