Yes, he is and now another part of the country will discover it. I mean ESPN has brought it to everyones attention about as much as you can, but he's not in the south anymore, and so it's time for others to discover the joy of Leslie. Lmao

I think he'll surprise you and do get them to a bowl, I mean it's not hard to do in this day and age where you can have a losing season and still go to a bowl. Also, Les has one of college football's most exciting players now in the Pooka machine. shite, I wish LSU could have gotten Pooka to stay home, I mean that kid is "electric" with a football in his hands, a TD machine!!

We better pray O has the success Les did. Won a Natty, played for another. Remember that.

He should have won more, and was lucky, real lucky to win the one he did win.

Um, he's at Kansas. That would be like an improvement for them..

bullshite! In 2007 he was lucky to be in the game, but he beat the tar out of Ohio State. In 2011 he had, by far, the #1 team in the nation and got the bad break of having to play Bama twice.

If luck was a lady he’d have won 2 nattys. If luck was a gemmun he’d have missed the 07 title game and won the 2011 national championship against Okie State. He’d go down in history as having fielded the greatest team in college football history.

Let em' bash em.

Les is an above average college coach that coached premium talent to pretty much average results.

Kansas isn't gonna set the world on fire but might pull off an upset every year. That's good enough at KU

Exactly, he was "lucky" to be playing that game, period! If not for W Virginia blowing that game against whoever it was that they lost to in their final game of the season, LSU's asses go to a bowl game instead and that's it despite having the best damn team in the country that year. They played 2 ridiculous triple OT games against inferior Kentucky and Arky teams, the Arky game at home in TS.

Every sportswriter in the country could see the incredible talent that LSU had that year just like they always have every year, and so they voted them in the NC game when WVU lost despite those LSU having those 2 losses. I mean it's a got damn embarrassment having the distinction of being the only 2 loss NC team in the country. So, you can say whatever the hell you wanna say, but got damn "LUCK" is exactly what it was!

Also, he blew the 2012 NC game against Bama because he couldn't do something as simple as make the necessary halftime adjustments against Alabama to kick their asses in the second half. Something every college coach or coach period does right away when they know shite ain't working. Instead, Miles does what he always does, runs his damn head into a stone wall. lol

I'm kind of embarrassed for people who think it's cool to think 12 years is an realistic time frame to use in one scenario (Kansas winning 12 games in 2007) but it's not okay to use in another (Orgeron's time at Ole Miss).

And of course you claiming to be level headed and unbiased while having a picture of o in your profile.

That's really embarrassing.

Tubucoco, you dodged the point that you are wrong that he was lucky to win a natty. Lucky to be in the 2007 game? Sure. VERY unlucky to not be 14-0 national champion in 2011. All in all, luck washed out as it usually does over a career or a lifetime.
