I am sad that Techwood homes in the 404 got revitalized by the Olympics and fell off these lists.

Living in the ghetto in Techwood dorm back in the day was a memorable part of my GT educational experience.

It wasn't all that dangerous in the daytime, used to walk back and forth to the Omni on Saturday afternoons right down Techwood to see cheap movies.

I did hear a "Don't shoot!" followed by gunshots once through my window one fine spring evening, but only once in 2 years.

4 of the top 25 worst neighborhoods for crime are in Baltimore.

Others include Kansas City, Monroe, Anniston, Indianapolis and a few others.

Shocked no neighborhoods in Memphis or New Orleans made the cut.
