I got a thing of some adobo seasoning from betr. I put the chicken breast with sliced up onion in a dish. Then I mix the adobo seasoning with vinegar and pour it over the chicken and onions, I make sure the chicken and onions are all covered with it. If you want, you could dilute the vinegar with water. Then just put it in the oven at 350.
