Will have to be in the boonies for a couple weeks in an area that has terrible reception. I am a business owner and will need at least a few hours of wifi/reception per day (if possible). Any products out there that will do this? Hotspots from cell carriers?

You're gonna have to have cell reception to be able to hotspot. I believe Wilson makes a 4G booster now that you hook up to your truck. Hotspot from that.
Your best bet is to just drive into town though

From what you’ve described, something like this LINK to portable satellite WiFi device is what you need. You can rent them for short term use.
I’ve used less robust type of devices a few years ago for satellite tracking and short message updates.
