I can't get Mung to understand this part when we find them on the disc golf course. Lots of not so outdoor aware people walk those woods.

I honestly didn't think you would even close to agree with me on this

I have walked miles and miles and miles outdoors without a snake bite, I understand the risk is really close to zero especially if I pay attention...but I will still kill them.

I usually just kick back my feet and enjoy the show in these threads. Seems like there’s very little middle ground. Either you’re completely ignorant and think every watersnake is a cotton mouth or you have to treat them like Hindu cows. I consider myself educated about snakes and won’t go out of my way to kill one that isn’t making itself a nuisance, but I also don’t weep for them any more than a coon or possum dead on the side of the road.
