Am I missing something here? Neither of these were well-kept secrets.
When I was still working in restaurants in BR, we knew they were looking and that was 5 years ago.
LSU basically spelled out they were prepping for full sales over the last few years between the Skyline and Chute

At that location it will take all of 2 weeks to become a ghetto dump.

Just temper your expectations. I find the CBD location to be inferior to the original.
