laying several miles of cable isn't going to get done overnight... It's only been 8 months since the tax was passed. While yes, this is probably the easiest project in MoveBR, it still takes a good bit of planning and coordination. I'm no SWB fan, but let's try to be somewhat realistic here..

The program managers have not done anything yet. The synchronization project is not being worked on because it hasn’t even gone out for advertisement yet. It is not an issue of being unrealistic.

BR Business Report has had a few articles on MOVEBR but I wish there was more heat on these program managers to advertise these damn projects.

The lights on Essen were horribly timed, from what I remember, especially around OLOL.

Since 1987 they have been studying this

I’ve done my homework. It’s the same old bs. It was all supposed to be done by 2010.

Your boy Fred Raiford says near future in April

Notice he doesn’t give a time frame because he doesn’t want to be held accountable.

Your boy knew where he wanted to start in December of 2018

The only things they are studying are catered lunches and the bottom of cocktail glasses.

There needs to be a meeting setup to determine if funding for a study will be a good start.

Do you know how retarded that sounds? Probably not. It’s your mindset that supported a healthcare overhaul that was marketed as go ahead and pay for it and we will tell you what’s in it later. The planning should have been BEFORE the voting. Would you buy a fricking house and then have the builder say, “Oh, this is what it’s going to look like?”

1/4 of the projects will be started in a few years and then they run out of money to complete them.

Relax they will get the planning done in a few years after the run out of money and ask for 60 year tax.

In the Louisiana Cities that are dysfunctional BR is trying to catch up and then beat Nawlins.

Why would an engineering firm spend several hundred thousands in resources before they know they will actually get any work or know that there will be funding in place? Things need to be surveyed, designed, utilities relocated, contractor bidding, traffic sequencing and traffic control coordination, etc. Its not a flip of the switch and all lights are synchronized.

The MOVEBR website hasn't been updated since before the vote. You would think they would use that website to keep us updated. I've sent them several emails and have never received a response.

Google and find what Fred Raiford said immediately after the vote referencing synchronization.

Post that.

People heard Fred loud and clear.

Furthermore since Broome took over the Greenlight website isn’t updated either.

We are still paying taxes for GL, projects are still being constructed under GL, and there is no current status as to whether or not the seven or eight projects left to be constructed are moving forward.

Isn’t their Program Manager still getting paid?
