Only thing unique that comes to mind (and I live there) is the Houston Rodeo.

Houston is the energy capital of the world. It has the world's widest highway. Home to the biggest rodeo.

And, if you're paying attention, you know it's now the BBQ capital of the whole wide world! Austin and DFW offer some stiff competition but we can take 'em.

Does it have the tallest skyscraper in the South?
