re: Cypress knees are getting to be an issue. Recs for taking them down a bit?

Reciprocating saw should do fine,cypress knee wood is softer than you might suspect.
My neighbor has pond with bunch cypress knees,I used my Stihl brush cutter with metal blade.Whacked them off right at the ground,was much easier than I thought it would be.

You could sell the 2-3' tall knees to tourists. I would like to have one to put in my garden in Dallas.

yea, i was stunned when i saw my neighbor grinding them down with a tiller.
