Ehhh as much as I hate Antifa and hope the government at least starts to look into labeling them a terrorist group this sounds more like a lone wolf. Hence the manifesto and him saying goodbye.

I don't know how significant it is to characterize this as a lone wolf action.
His actions wee born out of the mindset shared by the other freaks and they are applauding it.
