Compare careers after year two. But yes, Burrow is the best returning QB we have had in a long time. I don't see how that's controversial.
Zach had the better career, Burrow had the better first season. It can all be reevaluated at seasons end.

We’re all Burrow fans, to me he’s the best QB, between the ears, we’ve had since Tommy Hodson. And I believe that’s the most important area for a QB so I’m all in on him. At the same time we can’t just ignore the truth or get caught up in recency bias, which runs rampant on n the Rant. These same arguments were being had over Fournette and Guice so I’ve seen this before.
