You started all wrong Mickey. Both figures and all data are part of the census. And no sir. It does not violate the constitution.

You realize the constitution says to count everyone, right? Now unless you use this data to remove people counted in the census, thus violating the constitution, this EO does nothing to impact federal funding and representation.
