they are going all the way to the basin? Looks like now they are stopping at Breaux Bridge. but yes, there will be a bottleneck somewhere.

Until they widen the whole thing to a uniform number of lanes, there will always be a bottleneck somewhere. Complaining about the creation of a bottleneck is just silly.
