Season 1 is good. Goes down from there. Stop after season 2 if you get that far.

Enjoyed both.

I was wondering if Netflix would pick up season 4 of shooter, but it looks like that season 3 is the end.

Its entertaining enough for me

He chooses to guard the wrong body and most of his family gets killed as a result, including his dog.

On season 2 now. I'm kind of liking it.

Swagger (Phillipe) plays a Chris Kyle level sniper.

The wife is hot. Omar Epps plays a good heel.

I recognized the guy who plays Solotov from Criminal Minds. Played a Lafayette cop back then. He does a pretty good job with all of the different accents.

Of course, like every show these days it has it's share of badass women and boss bitches.

Plot is similar to the movie at the beginning but then runs from there. Movie is one of my favorites and the show was good but not as good

I knew there was a movie by the same name but, didn't realize they were connected.

I did see that Wahlberg was a producer so, I guess it makes sense.

I didn't even know there was a show until this thread.

then I saw someone mention the main character has same name as MarkyMark does in the movie, so figured they had to be connected.

Most of the Swagger books (including the Dad's stories) are good reads. Stephen Hunter is a better writer than someone like Lee Child.
