No. Their good because parents put time and effort into their kids.
A perfect counter to this white schools located in poor rural parts of the Southern US and Appalachia. Being white doesnt mean much when your parents are meth addicts, alcoholics, and wife beaters.
I'm stating it this way to get you to see that its upbringing that matters.
