Fine deer,who cares about the score,you’re proud of him.I agree with you about the green score vs.60 day waiting period.I don’t like the idea of deductions either.I saw B&C buck at taxidermist that was nice symmetrical 10 pt with hardly no deductions,nice deer but he had couple with greater mass and more points that I would’ve rather had on my wall even they didn’t make B&C.because of deductions.
Btw-your deer is bigger than any I have mounted but not as big as the one my wife has hanging.

Nice 8 pt that was first good bow buck I killed. (120-ish)

Only 14 1/4" inside. One of the narrower bucks I have, but mass and brow tines really helped him out. Brows were 6" and 5 1/2 ".

This will give you an idea of what he waas able to do with those brows
