I have Leaf Guard and they work great. Their down spouts are not coated with the good stuff that the gutters are and will need painting every few years.

These were crazy expensive when I had someone after a garden show come look at our house. I'm sure you can get a quote. We can walk on our roof, so I just use a blower every few months and it works like a charm.
