This seems like horse spit, the boys working on the boat have to eat.

Do all oil rig workers go by state regs while fishing for dinner ?

There are plenty of ports that they can get food at. If you're going to be here, atleast follow the law or be better at covering it up.

You think a cargo ship with a crew around 20 people going on voyages for 30 days or so at a time doesn't have food?
