Since you don’t have any historical day you have to create it yourself. Do one for what you think your time is worth and when done do the math. Move number up or down.
You can buy an 18” circular Dewalt head for $99 at Home Depot and for flat surfaces it works great.
My neighbor just paid $800 for 2 story house all brick and stucco as well as fascia and soffits, pool deck, driveway and sidewalks. Took the guy a day and a half by himself and he did a great job. Working a pressure washer off an extension ladder is worth hazard pay.
