Either make athletes compete as they were biologically born, or don't have any gender based competition at all (ie, no more male events and female events...just one event for all).

Although I agree that the whole transgender business is garbage, I'm sort of torn on this.

When womens sports first started, there were a lot of men's programs - the Iowa State Baseball Program for instance - that were canceled to divert funding to women's sports in the name of feminism.

I can't say that there wouldn't be a silver lining to just having one program that was run as a strict meritocracy. Let the women compete for spots on the roster.
