Probably. When I moved to Nashville, I kept my house in St. George. When this passes, the value is gonna go through the roof.

Oh but I do. BR schools are crap... there is an administration that takes all the tax money from the area and sends it to an area which refuses to improve, the roads are starting to deteriorate and the city won't fix them, I could go on and on. St. George is gonna happen.

Where are all these St. George schools that are so exceptional? Woodlawn has never been a great school during my lifetime, is it going to magically get better when more kids are sent there? It's the only public high school in the St. George area.
