We’re just doing rec all-stars, which is only 5 weekends a year, and even that is a strain on the family, with all weekend being spent at tournaments. I can’t imagine having it all year even if you take a lot of weekends off.

Hand up, though, I confronted an umpire coming off the field because I thought he was a little overzealous calling the little kids out on the base path. Not in an aggressive/fighting way. Just telling him he shouldn’t do that.

Looking back, I have to question my entire existence. Wtf was I thinking.
