they could and probably will go over the cap if I had to bet. but teams avoid the tax because the repeater tax is insanely expensive. they are going to have to get really lucky for players to come play for a discount


they have delusions of granduer when in all actuality they will only be able to afford guys like JJ Barea, Corey Brewer, Ian Clark, Jonas Jerebko, TJ McConnell, etc
