While everyone is trying to move up to get Garland and no one is trying to move up to get Barrett. Maybe Garland workouts were that outstanding like everyone is saying. NBA draft has surprises every year. This isnt standard stuff like yall are saying.

I've been thinking this draft tiers out as a big 4 instead of 3. It's a combination of my thinking that Ja and RJ aren't quite as good as billed and Garland rising.

NBA teams are weird about players with limited film.
If you have a player with limited film who has shown some flashes, they will fall over themselves to take them.
They go back for another season and get more exposure, people have figured out their flaws and they aren’t a sexy pick anymore.
Perry Jones III comes to mind, as he was a potential top 5 pick in a weak draft but returned to Baylor for a season. The next year, OKC got him to the middle or end of the first IIRC.
