From all reports, it's been agreed to for the 6th. What's the keep the Lakers from backing out on an agreed to trade? I would guess a bit of integrity, and the repercussions around the league that would occur if they back out upon an agreed to deal. Supposedly folks around the league already don't like Pelinka, can you imagine the backlash if he just reneges on a deal like that?

It would definitely be a drastic move but if it opens up a max deal that results in Kawhi, wgaf?
