I don't see how evidence related to the origins of an investigation are relevant to charges of witness tampering.. maybe you do. It's rock solid -- he instructed someone to lie under oath, threatened him, etc.

Yes very true , I run a business five days a week, I'm not sitting home leeching off our government all day every day !! And you already know what the outcome of 2020 will be, if I were you I wouldn't either.

Yep. Only problem is there really wasnt a legitimate investigation to obstruct. Not as to whether the Russians hacked the DNC anyway. Had there been a legitimate, real, actual investigation into that....Mueller would have actually tried to examine the DNC server. But he didnt and that's because that was a sham investigation. Cant really obstruct a sham investigation.
