which actions, specifically?

Witness tampering and making false statements

“Stonewall it. Plead the fifth. Anything to save the plan" Stone to Credico about his testimony

Stone instructed Credico to lie to Congress by telling him he "should do a 'Frank Pentangeli'"

Stone lied to the FBI about his communications with Credico (claimed there was no written communication)

The rat/stoolie email/threatening to take Credicos dog after Credico refused to comply with his demands and told him he should have just been honest with the committee is pretty great too

For the rest of the facts just pull up the indictment. Credico was communicating with wikileaks and relaying that information to Stone so he's certainly relevant within the scope of the investigation.

Why did you editorialize what he said. Quotes weren’t strong enough on their own? Do you understand why the indictment is not evidence of guilt. What did he say? When did he say it (the date)? Whom alleges the statements alleged? Specifically.

Once we have established that we can explore if there are defenses or reasonable doubt.
