I love everything about Lonzo, even since he was at UCLA, except for he can't shoot. I would rather sacrifice a little defense for a PG who can shoot at a respectable clip that defenses have to clear the lane to guard him so Zion and Jrue can get to the rim.

He shot just fine at UCLA. No one thought he was going to be a sharpshooter at the next level but they definitely didn’t think he’d struggle that much in the pros. I think he can be a competent shooter/scorer but it will take the right system and the freedom to play his game. Like DLo confidence plays a big role in his performance. I’m not ready to say he can’t shoot.
