I have no firsthand knowledge but if I had to guess from the info you provided, I would say Livonia has been overrun with culcha.

Yeah, not difficult to deduce that those who can afford it, send their kids to private school(s) and the rest attend Livonia HS. The jump from there to why it’s a shithole ain’t very big.

They had to ban metal hair picks.. he said “could you imagine me taking away some kids hair pick” lol
