He's a nationally recognized political pundit, with a history of leaning left on most matters, who based huge decisions on partial data and his own bias, and then influenced others with his TV program to follow his lead.

So it's a little more than grandpa's opinion changing over time, and yes, Maher is a loser.

Thank God enough people in this country did not listen to the Bill Mahers.
