Anyone else done this for their organization?

I've built several dashboards already and created a few reports but we have a ridiculous amount of data coming in on a daily basis so I'm looking for any new tricks to providing better reports.

Hire my wife's company to help you with reporting? If you are really analyzing the data, and creating actionable strategies with it, then it is going to take a lot more work than you think.

They have created custom reporting for some of their clients that rely heavily on data driven decisions, but it takes several people a couple of days to put together a comprehensive monthly report with analysis and recommendations.

Google Analytics Academy should have everything you need. I did the beginners certificate just for the hell of it but you can get a lot more advanced courses.

Do you have a BI solution like Power BI or Tableau?

I'm fully certified in GA and if you're looking to use the data to build business and marketing strategies, you're going to need to spend a lot of time learning.
