#3 is an actual consideration for know nothings like us on message boards.
One thing not to eat a shite sandwich to acquiesce to Davis, quite another to "send a message" because this can be a nasty business.
Do the best deal that helps the Pels out the most, not the one that earns brownie points from anonymous FO execs
