I think he as to sit out one year. Not 100% sure on that though.

From what I have read, here; he is a dline at about 6-2 270.
Sits out this year though.

I thought he wasn't going to be on scholarship so he doesn't have to sit out.

This is what I thought as well. He didn’t count against the 25 player limit because of that

I believe he redshirted last year at UT
Since he transferred after the season he has to sit out this coming year unless they somehow get a waiver which seems to be pretty easy these days.

Yikes! I sure hope some of these guys step up this year because as of right now i see maybe 2 guys that are legit. ED O and Meatball better Close the deal this year on some big time D lineman.

You have to hope that Evans can take his ability to live in the backfield like he did in high school.
