You only disagree because it didnt work. No one would be saying anything if it had worked like expected or if Cabrera actually made it to 2nd like he should have.

Wrong. That play had zero chance of working. He was midway between the bases. That’s a gimme out.

Other teams never do that crap on purpose (for all the coach knows best simpletons).

Maybe you could make that argument if going for one run in the 9th.

It's not the easiest read as a baserunner. But, the key is that there is a play at the plate. There wasn't, because it was cut off.

If the cutoff man lets it go, Watson would have been right to have gone to 3rd...even if he's thrown out by the catcher.

If he knew it was going to be cut off, he's wrong for going to 3rd.

He misread the throw. It was a mistake.

It still gave them an out.

I would rather two on with less outs than one on with more outs.

I still completely disagree with that decision

Even if Cabrera has gotten to 2nd it was stupid to help them out with another out. Period.
