My wife is Honduran. She’s also a scientist and is smarter than most of the dolts in here by a mile. It’s people like you who give non liberals a bad name as idiots. When you say completely stupid and ridiculous things like this. You are the one who is an idiot. And it shows.

Have you ever been to Honduras? Not just the cities but in the mountains?

I have and I work with them pretty regularly in my field—he isn’t wrong, generally speaking

That you make a distinction between city and campo is in itself is a counter-point to Strannix's "settled" science.

You weren't limiting your iq comments to the border-crossers. Let's at least be honest.

I think you've applied your comments quite liberally. If you're going to use failed states as an indicator of a population's intelligence, doesn't that include everyone in the failed state?

ETA: My point was that his distinction hints at environmental factors which your school of thought is quick to dismiss and that no study can perfectly control for.

Y'all don't get the whole "anecdotal evidence" thing.

Go down to the border and adopt a 23 year old and see if he gets into Yale

What is maddening is the thought that a group of people unable to function in what should be a tropical paradise would somehow be anything other than a net burden to society as a whole.

And you’re racist if you don’t want to import this third world poverty into our country.
