What the hell happened to these guys?
Arsenal fans were drooling over Gideon when he was 17. Now he is in the MLS I read.
Green was promised a spot in Brazil if he committed to the USA and is now in the second division in Germany.
They just develop very early then their skills plateau?

I have no clue who Gedion even plays for.
Julian scored what should have been the match winner against France. He is as good as the World Champions. It is obvious it was a ploy by FIFA to keep us out. They knew our time was here.

He's with SKC, but I wouldn't exactly say he "plays". He couldn't even see the field when they only had 14 healthy players in the organization.

If Zelalem doesn’t blow his knee out our midfield youth depth could be insane.
Green is still only 23, I wouldn’t write him off yet.

Injuries also derailed what appeared to a promising Joe Gyau. He's now 26 and trying to keep his career alive with MSV Duisburg.

I will never forget watching a highlight video from a match he played with Zwolle and it was incredible how bad he was. Like jaw dropping.

Lol I mean he was hyped when this game was played. Dude got muscled off of every ball and was ineffective in everything he tried.
It’s the eredivisie. A player with his supposed skill set should be somewhat effective there. I’m pretty sure he only made like 2-3 appearances.

Honestly respect how few fricks he gives, if I were suddenly given a decent amount of skill I would play exactly the same way; never pass and attempt to dribble through literally everyone.

He played in 29 games last season. If he can get another good season in the 2.Bund then move to a top flight somewhere, even a lesser league than one of the big 5, and get some solid play time, he could push for a spot going forward.
