To be fair, he’s also created a lot of those problems, at least offensively. He hired a guy who ran a system that he either didn’t understand or flat out disagreed with and then forced him to change it early mid season. Then he followed that up by hiring a guy that had not been a full-time OC in 20 years and didn’t have a system.
Seems like the easier road would have been to find an OC two years ago that was established at running the kind of system that he wanted, and then let him coach.

Agreed. Brady and Burrow need a LT to surface who can fill in the one spot that can prevent the offense from producing popcorn-worthy offensive production.
I believe they will find that person/LT...RT can select from the better of Charles, Deculus.
But someone quicker and more naturally talented is NEEDED at LT to enable beast mode for the offense.

this OFF should be balanced and able to make explosive plays down field.
