I also think warm weather climates generally force chicks to look their best and slut it up more often. If its 30 degrees outside they aren't wearing tank tops and shorts, and don't have to worry about dressing nicely every day to look attractive as few girls are.

Places like most SEC schools, Arizona, So Cal, etc. where its warm and you can get girls dressed like sluts on any given Friday of the year tend to make the girls more competitive.
