Last evening, I saw someone being airlifted to a hospital near me in NOLA and had a sick feeling in my gut for those involved.

I know it wasn't the same emergency transport, but just finding out Rod was being airlifted around the same time is really hitting home.

RIP Rod Bramblett. So sad.

Keep in mind everything you do on your phone is time stamped.

This kid’s ins company will want his phone records and well you can imagine how it’ll go for the kids parents (financially)
Prob ruin them not to mention knowing their kid is responsible for killing two innocent people.

Bad situation.
Texting and driving is bad dangerous deal people choose to engage in.

No one knows the hour that we will leave this earth. I often stress about things I have absolutely no control over.

Prayers to the Bramblett family. This is a very sad thing to hear about on a beautiful Sunday morning.

How about letting the smoke clear and the facts come out before posting Gordon’s phone number.

So sad! I often think of those that have had things like this happen in their life that change many other people’s lives instantly. It’s just not fair! God bless

My sister is a lawyer and we all had a big conversation about this very topic just a couple weeks ago.
Everything in that post is true, regardless if you like it or not.
Was kid on his phone? As of right now who knows. One thing is for certain is they will find out. Insurance companies will not pay if phone records indicates usage during time of accident, which means the person causing the accident is personally responsible.
Terrible sad situation for two families that will impact and have lives changes forever.
So sad.

Prayers sent. I hope that there's family for the children's sake.

I can assure this as a major LSU fan forced to reside in the state of Alabama...the Auburn family will make sure that the needs of his children will be met throughout the remainder of their lives. That's a fact... Auburn does take care of their own, much like we do in the face of tragedy...

Stuff like this just causes one to give pause, and reflect...it seems to make comments like "our players have quit on the season," "our coach has no emotion and has lost his fire, etc.,", and other things that cause us to grow frustrated and furious to pale in comparison...

Don't get me wrong, wins and losses are important, but a very distant and far way behind life and death itself...

RIP Mr. and Mrs. Bramlett and may the God of Heaven provide comfort to your entire family during this most stressful of times..

Its amazing how quickly and unpredictably life can change for multiple families. Just horrible.

Life's short, whether you make it to 50 or 80. Best wishes to his family.

Rod Bramblett’s Top 5 Calls

Man, that Kick 6 play is still unbelievable. I get chills watching that while listening to his call of it.

“Auburn’s gonna win the football game!”

Prayers to you sir and thank you for the memories.

They had to have been pushed into other traffic. Rear ended accidents RARELY kill anyone unless the car hit gets pushed into oncoming traffic.

Say a prayer for the kids left behind, their entire life has just changed in an instant. If there was a needed reminder that tomorrow is never promised here it is.

Hear his call of the LSU-Auburn game in 1995.

He was only 29. Very impressive.

This is a sad day.
